We have several instructors & all are certified in a different style. One is sure to meet your needs! We've added many new series of classes to our menu. Try Bedtime Yoga (for Kids or Adults), Yoga~Pilates Blend, Yoga for Pregnancy or Resorative Yogaaahhh!! Check out the calendar for a complete listing of classes, series & special events! As always you are most welcome to drop-in for a class, but we recommend you contact us first or check the website calendar, just in case the schedule changes! more
